Make sure that an agreeable room climate (approx. 45-55% relative air humidity and a temperature of approx. 20°) is maintained during the entire year. This climate is also best for your personal health and physical wellbeing. Wood is hygroscopic – it adapts to the ambient humidity. The room climate described above complies with the moisture of the solid wood boards. A room climate with a higher degree of dryness results in the formation of gaps and/or the formation of cracks, a room climate with a lower degree of dryness results in expansion and deformations.
